These are our standard reference rates for a standard operation. The simulator turns them into an indicative monthly estimate; special handling, packaging or non-standard receptions are quoted after we review your data or samples.

Returns, Handling & Packaging

Basic Return

€0.50 – €1.25/ returned unit

Reception and simple visual inspection; the price within the range depends on how detailed the inspection is. Photos, cleaning, repacking, restocking or sorting are quoted separately.

Handling, Kitting & Quality

€40.00/ hour

Non-standard work: kitting, assembly, manual quality control or reconditioning. Repetitive handling is priced per unit after testing samples.

Packaging Material

Cost + 15%

Boxes, bags and filling billed at material cost + 15%. You can supply your own custom packaging if it is compatible with the operation.

Amazon FBA Prep

In the initial phase you create the FBA shipment, send us the PDF labels and book the transport to Amazon. We prepare cartons or pallets and leave them ready for pickup; we can coordinate the UPS collection.

FNSKU Labeling

You send us the FNSKU labels and we apply them to each unit.

FBA Carton Prep

Carton packed with its shipment labels, ready for pickup.

FBA Pallet Prep

Pallet built and labelled for the FBA shipment. Polybag, bubble wrap or bundles are quoted after seeing the product.

Minimum Monthly Billing

Standard Minimum

€300.00/ month in services

A billing floor, not an extra fee: every service we bill counts towards it. If your services reach €300 in a month, nothing is added. A grace period can apply during onboarding.

Reverse Logistics without Stock

€200.00/ month

Minimum for returns-only operations without stored inventory, where applicable.

General Pricing Conditions

All prices exclude VAT and are reviewed annually.
Standard reference rates for standard operations and standard receptions. Folding, bagging, inserts, assembly, personalisation, quality controls, serialisation or special packaging are quoted after reviewing samples.
Minimum services billing: €300/month (€200/month for reverse logistics without stock, where applicable). It is not an extra fee; a grace period can apply during onboarding.
Transport is quoted separately from fulfillment; we work mainly with UPS and Correos Express. Heavy or oversized goods are quoted specifically.
Goods must arrive customs-cleared: import is handled by you or your freight forwarder.
Amazon FBA: in the initial phase you create the FBA shipment and book the transport to Amazon; we prepare cartons or pallets for pickup and can coordinate the UPS collection.
A formal quote remains valid for 2 months from issuance.
Operational schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 14:30 (July and August: 07:00 to 13:30). Orders are usually prepared within about 24 business hours when the operation allows.
Daily operational communication runs by email.
We operate at ambient temperature: no cold chain or temperature-controlled storage today. Batch and expiry traceability (FEFO) is validated before we accept the flow.
We do not handle ADR / dangerous goods or sanitary-certified products, and for now we do not handle food. Products with lithium batteries are reviewed case by case with their data sheet before acceptance. Conventional cosmetics are welcome.

How accurate is the simulator estimate?

It applies our standard reference rates to the volumes you enter: useful for running numbers, not a final offer. It excludes transport (quoted separately) and packaging material (cost + 15%), and does not price FBA prep, apparel, handling or non-standard receptions. If your services come to less than €300 in a month, the estimate shows the top-up to the minimum billing.

Are there setup or integration fees?

A standard Shopify connection has no setup fee once we have validated the method with you; WooCommerce and other platforms are reviewed case by case. Your monthly invoice follows the activity performed, with a minimum of €300/month in services (a grace period can apply during onboarding).

How are shipping rates calculated?

Transport is quoted separately from fulfillment. We work mainly with UPS and Correos Express. B2C rate tables are indicative: they vary by carrier, fuel, dimensions, zone and volumetric weight, and are confirmed before onboarding. Heavy or oversized goods are quoted specifically.

How are rates set for higher volumes?

For higher volumes we review the rates against your real operation (orders, SKUs, inbound, returns). Once we have the data, we send a formal proposal within 2–3 business days.
